Words of great wisdom helpful in a time of chaos.

I found this book very informative and we'll grounded in applicable processes that would in most cases result in a positive result. The narration was very pleasant listening and would help calm a person's wounded or anxious heart. Well done Cynthia Ann and author.

Great advice/material, but the reader was dry and monotone, it made me sleepy. good read.

good, positive, straight to the point info. a book I would more than likely listen to again as a refresher. however, narration was a bit monotone... which, is probably the only negative I could point out.

Although I'm not in a relationship I listen to this audio sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. It teaches women dignity. I love the witt and realness. I wish I had this book when I was in my 20s.

This is a great audio to listen to. The No Contact Rule is a MUST in healing from a breakup, no matter the intended outcome. I have a baby with my ex boyfriend and I thought I would never be able to get over him since I cannot cut him out of my life completely. However, using the advice from this book, such as being respectful but not affectionate has helped me immensely. Thank you!!

The narrator is AWFUL!

I just couldn't get past the first 5 minutes of this audiobook. The narrator sounded like a robot or computer generated voice. It grated on my nerves! AWFUL!!
