Third Chances

Beautifully narrated story of two complex characters with deep feelings and deserving of third chances.

The years of their lives covered in the story. it was Great!!!

Everything. I loved that it told both characters side of the story all the way through.

The well deserved ending

I was highly anticipating book 2 of Farrah and Blake's story. Blake absolutely destroyed me along with Farrah in book 1. I didn't know if he could redeem himself and I absolutely understand why Farrah didn't want to let him back in. The devastation he left behind in Singapore was big.

We get to see Farrah and Blake 5 years after their Singapore relationship ended in flames. Both of their hearts were torched and even though years have past, the flames still burned hot between them.

The story gave me all the feels. My heart broke, but we put back together. Blake redeemed himself in both my and Farrah's eyes. I fell hell over heals with him again as these two found their way back to one another.

I loved getting an update on all of the friends in this story as well.

I listened to this one and the narrators did a great job with the story.

2nd chance

After listening to the first book of these two characters, meeting in college at aboard schooling for 1year. Something happened after the christmas break to break them up. But their love never dying. Now severaly years later they meet again for a potential job assignment. Is this fate or what? It is, but will they take that opportunity to win each other back?? Will the past dictate their future. There are angst, and so much insecurities between the two characters. A lot of what ifs. I got frustrated with thesr two characters, i felt like they were still teenagers rather than adults. But, they are adults, yet secrets and ideas they thought were explained and then realization communication was not communicated. I hope this makes sense. This was ok.

Second chance, slow burn 🔥

Farrah and Blake studied abroad together. While there Blake broke Farah’s heart, now five years later fate has brought them back together.

Blake is Farrah’s first client for her interior design company. Blake takes their second chance as a sign, and is determined to show he’s changed.

This is a second chance, work place romance, slow burn.

Blake sucks!

I’m sorry, but the MMC is the worst. I loved the overall story and it was very entertaining but come on! It was so back and forth. I feel like this book was just the same story as the first book but even worse because he pulled the same crap AGAIN! MMC cannot be trusted. Idc how hot he is.

Meh

I enjoyed the characters in the first book. This second go-around was mediocre. I actually thought it was 4-stars up until the last few chapters. I hate reading spoilers in reviews so I won’t say what actually happens. It was ani-climactic and an abrupt way for the hero to come to his senses and the couple end up together. Premise was good tho.

Only stayed for the narrators

This did not merit 2 books. Too dragging. It could've been finished in less than 8 hours. And i dont like Blake. He's an idiot. When the going gets tough he always choose to hurt farrah.
