It’s been one bad relationship after the other for Josslyn Tait. She can’t seem to find one person that wants to be in a committed relationship with her. After finding her ex in bed with another woman, she’s just about ready to give up on finding love altogether.

Enter Kate.

Kate Parker. The sister of her best friend and roommate. Also the biggest player in Riverside, and Josslyn’s least favorite person. Okay, that position was already filled by the guy who just cheated on her, but she was still pretty low on the list.

When Kate offers to be her wing woman and help her out in the dating department, Josslyn is hesitant to agree. But Kate has a good track record of getting people to fall for her. If anyone can help Josslyn find that special someone, it has to be Kate.

Only Josslyn gets a crazy idea. Maybe she needed a break from trying to find that special someone. Maybe she needed to be more like Kate. And who better to learn from than Kate herself.

The two women take their relationship to the next level and everything goes downhill from there.

Kate warned her not to fall in love with her. Josslyn never thought she’d fall for someone like Kate. But the heart is a confusing organ, and Josslyn’s heart is growing fonder and fonder of the woman every second she spends with her.

Josslyn’s dealt with a broken heart before. She could get over her feelings for Kate. There’s only one problem. Josslyn’s not the only one catching feelings.

I Wasn't Planning to like it but I did

Even though it virtual voice and every character spoke the same, the voice wasn't irritating. I enjoyed the story. I really appreciate the writers who go beyond that moment when the main character confess their love. Worth the try if you like some sweet romance.

Good story

I like the story but it was kinda short. It would have been better if the narrator is human!

Cute story.

As always virtual voice sucks! The story was cute and well written. It had a little spice which was nice! Maybe better read than listened too…

Pretty Good

Free and worth a listen if you are looking to kill some time. Virtual voice is robotic but I’m getting used to it.

It was cute and steamy…

It was a very cute story and steamy in a robotic sense of way. Instead of thinking of Joslyn and Kate I thought about Alexa and Siri getting it on. Jokes aside if you can get pass the voice over, it’s actually a cute story. I will def follow the authors other short stories and keep this story in my library.

hated the virtual voice. it sounded too robotic. Stick with live narrators. please please please

it's adorable

Loved it, if you can get past the robotic voice and all characters sounding similar, it's actually very cute.

The Doctor and the Lawyer

Joslyn has gotten her heart broken over and over. Kate Parker, her best friend and roommate’s twin sister, is a player. When Kate offers to be her wing woman and help her find a new love Joslyn thinks they should take it to the next level. A sweet romance between friend/enemies. Great story.

the awful narration

the AI voice was terrible... there was no inflection, no distinction from characters this made the story go slow and was monotone. AI reading also takes jobs away from people! I will not purchase another book narrated by AI

Good story line, AI bot sucked

We enter the world of AI now and more and more books will be read by an AI bot. My expectations were low so I wasn’t super disappointed. I made it through the whole book, but when it comes to romance the bit just can’t get it. I’m assuming over time it will get better.
