Hats off to the author Regine Abel. The Prime Mating Agency has to be one of my favorite series. I waited for Krogals book ever since his introduction in Byrens story. cant wait to see who's next on her list of soul mates

Regine Abel is one of my favorite authors their are very few who can write a book like she can her works building is superb and her characters are well written and have the best chemistry. Krogal has been waiting all his life to find his soul mate and when he does his help anyone who would dare to harm her. He is a true worthy warrior with a heart full of love and devotion. A man who can fight but who also is a truly gifted veterinarian. Farah is a human woman on the run from a horrible ex. She meets Kyog from the Prine Mating Agency and her life changes forever. She meets a male that shows her true strength kindness love and respect. Even when danger lurks in The shadows she knows her mate will save her. Must read you’ll want a Krogal of your own too. Daryl Mayfield is amazing he has narrated this whole series thus far and does an absolutely brilliant job. His voice is amazing. Highly recommend!!!!!

I love the PMA Series

I don’t write much reviews but when it comes to this series I have enjoyed every book and every performance. Regine Abel description of the different environments and characters makes you was to experience it no matter how alien and Daryl Mayfield voice is amazing (I love his voice, I have read the book myself but Daryl makes it special.

Regine please don’t stop coming up with more PMA stories, another story that took place on Xecania would be great .

Krogal the vet

I own every book in this series, and I’m not gone lie… the last two - three books just left me feeling bored. But I’m a loyal fan, so I buy the books regardless… It felt like I was reading the same ole story, but this one had me hooked beginning to end! It may be my favorite out the series. Family drama, relationship trauma, teddy bear, Haitian fmc - and the fmc was extremely strong in her own way.

“Death would be too lenient a sentence” 🙄

Sorry to spoil, but if you’ve gotten this far into the series, you know that these stories can’t really be spoiled. They’re tourism guides to complicated alien worlds, with (sickly) sweet fated mates, zero angst, and they all end in spectacular HEAs.

So here’s my beef: the abuser - a bogeyman type character who doesn’t show up on page until the very end - but whose memory terrorizes our heroine (Farah) for the entire book, a man who decimated her psyche and ruined her life, has his life SPARED by our hero (Krogal) during a failed kidnapping that left our heroine bleeding out on the floor. Mind you Krogal killed half of his henchman, so god only knows why their lives were expendable. As punishment the villain gets sent (without trial) to Molvi the prison planet. Which definitely felt like an F you to system reformists and abolitionists. If you’ve read the previous book (the incubus one) you know that that prison is far from inescapable, and far from hell. Plus it’s governed by a dirty judiciary, immoral power structure, the inmates have relationships, and they barter for goods and services. And... um... the heroine from that book DID escape 😵‍💫???? It was literally the premise??? What a joke, letting that abuser live. I wish system apologist authors would gtfo. Plus all of this nonsense is compounded by the EPILOGUE which justifies the actions of a DIRTY COP.

Idiosyncratic sidenote: I get skeeved out by the weird sentient pets that inevitably get introduced in alien romances *shiver*. That’s gonna be a HELL NO from me to a squirrel, chipmunk, cat, bird, that reads minds. 😂

Disappointed

This main female character was a whiney doormat. The whole Liam thing was tedious. Then they let him live! Way too much inner dialog, not enough action.
