Audible not Laudable Get the Book Instead
The exercises, advice, and cautions were all fine and worth doing, but the kicker was the voice of the narrator, who was not the author and never could have been. She delivered the material in the screechy preachy voice of a teenager gossiping about her latest boyfriend. To put it mildly "Screechy" was horribly distracting. It amazed me that they could not have found someone better. Anyhow the material was good, but get the book instead!

You need the book/guide
Not very helpful if you don't have the book.
