Dialect and index of chapters
American speakers need to be aware that some of the terms are not in American English. There are also a few places where right hand drive of an automobile is assumed rather than left-hand drive. The index of chapters in this audiobook would be greatly improved by giving names in addition to chapter numbers. Other than that, the content and narration are both excellent!

Great!
I really learned a lot, and I have learned quite a bit growing up and having small adventures in Alaska, as well as attending various 1st responder type classes. Exactly what I was looking for!
