I had many " WAU" moments during listening the book. The author explains so simply and clearly, how we can change our mindset if/when we are in deep trouble with ourselves, and with our surroundings. Such as family trouble, work stress, problems which we all experiencing daily. His approaches are gentle, simple, still straight forward. When we make mistakes, he ask for forgiveness for ourselves and for others. He is couraging us not to give up easily our strategy to make our lives more happier. As he says, our change is not going to happen in a sort time. We need to just take small steps, enjoy even the small victories. If something didn't came out as we thought, we just need to try to adjust our view and tactics. We can daily introduce to our lives these techniques, as we feel comfortable to move forward. Not the complete perfection, but the improvement is important.

So simple advices to restore our mental health.
