This is the first one. Very good for an author read audio book. It felt like he was giving me my own private instruction.

This book is not only for the recently retired but for anyone looking to add a little extra income every month.

It’s ok

Could easily do a few web search and come up with the details. Not as much impressed with the concepts supplied but while listening it sparked my own ideas. For that reason, there is value to be had. In my opinion,as time goes on, some of the content will become more and more dated.
