When the adventure takes you to an entirely new place, none of the default triggers will condition your habitual mind -- it is the perfect opportunity to do some radical lifestyle changes while no one is looking. A great transformational story to inspire.
I enjoyed this book as I vicariously went on this journey of discovery and pushing personal limits. It’s so interesting to get a glimpse into the authors life in Hawaii and his determination to follow his own path and personal journey.
