good book. narration was awful. difficult to hear and follow. tone changes every time they read a section. overlapping words where they pick it up.

Very insightful and helpful material

Very insightful and helpful material. I'm not entirely sure I agree with the sentiment that we alone are responsible for our own happiness regardless of our partners but everything else was spot on. Audio was good but the editing needs work. There were several times when you could hear the reader click the stop button and then reread a section then stop again and reread once more. It wasn't enough to detract from the deeply helpful information on this delicate subject.

misleading title

my wife cheated, and we are trying to rebuild. her issue is being helpless to help me due to being the one who hurt me. I listened to the audioable book called Infidelity, which was a great help to my wife and I. This book should be labeled something to the effect of guide to repairing. It's from the point of view of the victim and not the cheater. so how can a cheater really pull information out on how to explain why they did what they did. what to say and what not to say. then, at the start of the book, it talks about catching a cheater. so what is this book really trying to accomplish?

I did find a few chapters helpful. My wife and I were talking about our upbringing last night, and that chapter really made sense. it helped me understand our issues were all the way back to our childhoods.

There is also chopping noises and repeat of a sentence. the editing for the audio was terrible.

Unorganized, rambling and miss titled.

I struggled hard to finish this. If it was focused on what the title claims it to be maybe that would have helped.. This is all over the place with stuff for all involved yet lays out no clear path or specific steps for anyone really. The narrator had me fighting to stay awake and unfortunately to me sounded like she had taken to many Valium and was drooling while reading this. There are lots of other books out there that will help you get your marriage to a better place. Best of luck to all!!
