Self-worth

I love the authors stance on confidence, self worth, valuing yourself and celebrating who you are. With tips and advice given to better yourself and become the best version of who you are, make me really excited to get out there and find my man!

Work on your insecurity

The author highlights the dangers of insecurity. I think it goes both ways. Identifying if the guy you’re dating is insecure can lead to red flag moments. I myself have had moments of insecurity, which is due to a past relationship. The author explains how this can negatively affect you going forward and what insecurity looks like from a guy’s perspective. Good advice, thank you!

This book is filled with little golden nuggets of advice. Here and there tips and tricks are shared to keep your relationship interesting – no matter how far you are in the dating stage. I really enjoyed the “sexy habits” the author shared and would like to implement them into my dating life and relationship.
