This is what I need!
I don't have anxiety in speaking to a large group but I just have problems in delivering the speech effectively. And I'm glad that this book helped me. Worth the read
If you have read another book by Mitchell, this book is worth a read or listen. I also appreciate the voice of Casey as he is able to not only read the content of the book but he also convinces the readers to really conquer the anxiety in front of the public.

All around goodness
This has probably been the most valuable book I’ve listened to thus far. I love the practical application and good advice. However, this requires some real action to implement the guides for a successful improvement.
