Today I want to tell you the story of a beautiful young woman who proved in her own experience that there is one divine presence in everything and in everyone. This is the story of a young school teacher who learned how to solve her problems through meditation and prayer.
When she came to me she had just been told that she was to have charge of a class where discipline had been difficult to maintain. As she contemplated this she was very much afraid that she might even suffer bodily harm, for she was a small woman and her pupils were all husky teen-age boys. But she did have a deep and sincere faith in the law of good and I want to tell you how she used this law and how definitely it worked, for it was one of the most interesting experiences I have ever known about.
