How your mind will make you well.
I've been listening to Roy Masters tapes from the early 1980's. Best ADD medication is meditation and this meditation is the best!

A nice perspective
What did you love best about How Your Mind Will Make You Well?
I liked the simplicity in his approach to repairing any number of mental health problems you might have. He concisely points out major self-inflicted causes for these problems.
What was most disappointing about Roy Masters’s story?
It may have been too short... and some examples or success stories may have been nice

Let the light shine
What was one of the most memorable moments of How Your Mind Will Make You Well?
After listening a few times I was able to say anything (without anger) to anyone. I found my voice and I came alive inside. I was set free! I could see my resentments toward people, and just seeing them they were neutralized and fanished.

I found GRACE! I patiently watch the CRAZY world just go around me now. Before, everything from the world went inside me and stayed there and affected me. Not any more. I'm Free at last. I always thought I was crazy, but it isn't me that is crazy it is the rest of the world.
Any additional comments?
The biggest contribution to listening to the CD was that i was able to communicate with my wife. People won't believe it until it happens to them, but my six year old daughters eczema disappeared within two months and her asthma is 90% better since my relationship with my wife changed. The tension that I brought into the home went into my wife and she took it out on the kids. We WERE that

Boring and incoherent
Any additional comments?
I like the subject of meditation. Which is why I was surprised that I could not understand what this guy is talking about. He did not make any sense. I dont usually regret buying stuff on Audible. This one was a mistake for me.
