great narration

I enjoyed it, but found it a bit annoying that Olivia was sooooo reluctant to try with Eric giving no real reason. Was she just stubborn? I guess I'm too used to enemies to lovers stories.

Hot for Fireman

Good stuff. Love reading/listening to Gina L. Maxwell books! Always a fun time and this was no different. Both characters were mature, which I appreciated and the plot was pretty good. Spicy book as well… like a good spice!!

This book is amazing, from the first chapter to the end. Must listen, captivating and the narrators did a wonderful job.

Sexy and funny

Good storyline, voice narrators were great. It kept my attention all the way through with just enough spice to make you bite your lip and with comedic banter between the main characters to make you laugh out loud. The only annoying thing is that it's read in third person.

Own this actual book!

I love this book, I own the hard copy. I love both of these actors, so I wanted to see how they read this book. Perfectly casted! Avery and Aiden were spot on as Erick & Olivia and the additional characters. Looking forward to Gavin & Angie’s story.

A lot of PTSD

This book does an amazing job of covering a veteran’s (MMC) journey through reclaiming his romantic life after military service with PTSD. The FMC is an expert in the field and is uniquely qualified to help him but still he does go away for the time away (the main conflict in the story. I had a hard time enjoying this as a romance though because of this, but if military romance is your thing maybe you will. However, this is really well done. Excellent writing and narration. Obviously researched and I have a lot of respect for the men and women who serve our country and the people who serve them.

Loved it!!! (1 exception for Hispanic listeners)

I loved it!! My only thing was with the use of the word “Mija.” I’m Mexican, and where I’m from, the term “Mija”is mostly used for an older person speaking to a younger one, not really when friends are speaking to one another. For me it was weird hearing Angie call Liv that. It felt awkward. Other than that it was spicy and fun!
