Based on real world experience of starting and growing our own small businesses as well as being called in to fix other owners business, this small book contains a set of rules developed over a number of years that we have used as a guide on how to approach the process of critical thinking necessary to success as a small business. We are not going to answer your questions. What we want is to get you started down the path of thinking deeply so you can recognize and avoid the types of pitfalls, roadblocks and bottlenecks we have found can cause business and/or personal failure.

Great starter

Underscore was a bit much, I would suggest taking that part out of the book to make it more understandable… For a second there, I thought the audio was skipping.

Good information, terrible narration.

Hearing “underscore” a few hundred times was not useful and someone could fix it rather easily. Otherwise the information in the book is sound, if brief.

Major technical issues at the end of chapter one and so on

I never had something like that before at Audible— has anyone revised this before it went live?
