Lovely thoughts

This book helped me to find the missing pieces of my thoughts through out the years since I was born. It took me in a mindful journey to explore my thoughts about life. It moved me from my long stay on the couch back to the Gym while enjoying listening and exploring and navigating my emotions confetti. I could listen to this book endless times. Love it and recommend this book to all of you out there no matter where you are hope this book finds you.
