great story, actor's are so real sounding. sound effects are the best. I am addicted! can't stop listening! I recommend it for everyone. if a new person listens just 5 minutes, they would be hooked!

This is my favorite in the series so far because the conflict was directly connected to the main character’s past which gave everything more impact. It’s even got a random cameo from Roland Deschain! I mean, how can you beat that?

This is Book #5. I have been hoping for years Audible would get this Series. Great acting with lots of narrators. Start with #1 and you will find you can't stop.

Relentless violence
Just brutal for the sake of being brutal…this one should have come with a warning: butchery, incest, cannibalism and a little bit of character development to make it “seem” like a real story…
