Beautiful
I normally only listen to poetry or such memoirs when they are being performed on a stage LIVE, but Nikki has definitely brought this piece of work to life. I can see the importance of motherhood, while also looking through the eyes of the child. I see the importance of young women being unafraid to make the right choices for their lives. I also see the power of the black woman. Well done Nikki, well done.
