Have you ever asked God to speak to you directly? I know I have. I used to shout out, "Send me a fax, Lord!" I know that dates me, but you understand the concept. What I have found out over the years is that he does speak to each of us through the small, still voice in our heart, what someone once described as "holy echoes".
This book is for anyone out there who is looking for confirmation that God is communicating. Sometimes he does speak to us directly, but often it is through the small, still voice during our everyday activities. A clever person once told me that if you hear the same thing over and over through different venues, you are hearing "holy echoes" from God trying to share something important. I believe that "God stories" are God speaking to you through everyday events and obligations.
