Very Solid and Appreciated Guide
I really enjoyed this guide as it taught me how to have a very good work-life balance despite the fact I am incredibly busy. I have been able to start working out while also improving my eating habits due to the advice from this book. I realized I didn't have enough time normally, so I took this book's advice and found something that worked for me on a budget. Meal prepping.
