bad narration

the narration is terrible. they make her seem like a teenage twit instead of a powerhouse business woman

Harsh reset. Strange listen.

So….. Teddy Hamilton and Ava Erickson narrated the first book in this series. They’re both very good. It would have been an adjustment to hear these characters with any different voices by other narrators, but I understand sometimes that happens.
However….. listening to the deep gravelly voice of Alexander Cendese voice the female lead is so bizarre and reality warping, I’m not sure I will be able to finish the series, even for free.

This book is still written in alternating chapters from his and hers perspectives, but for whatever reason there is only one narrator. And it’s Alexander. And he isn’t even attempting a female voice. No higher pitch. No lighter tone. After the gentle sweetness of Ava Erickson it is a real adjustment. He is gruff and growly and just right for so many things. But maybe not for this. I have to keep reminding myself this is the woman speaking. Even though she sounds like that.

I’m going to keep trying, but this might be just too much weirdness for me to handle.

The ending!!!!!

OMG the ending! I'm loving how this story develops. The ending just got me over here screaming! like oh what? This is a great story and I'm loving it! I'm also happy that the male narrator sounds different. I like this one much better than the one in the first book.

the story doesnt even pretend to be 3 separate books. it's one book and it's only kind of good

Great addition but miss the female reader

The narrator did good but it was much more pleasing to listen to with the female reader for the book character like vol. 1

Narrator change

The story hooks you and keeps you engaged through the whole book. The narrator duo on the first book were fantastic. For whatever reason the narrator was changed and he just doesn’t do the story justice. The tone and the octave of his voice doesn’t change between the male and female characters. It’s disappointing when the first narrators were so great. The story is still great and I can’t wait to finish the last installment.

Please stay with the same narrators. The new narrator sucks. Loved the narrators from book one.

Narrator lost me

Book is about a male and female. However, it is only narrated by a male and I would get confused to who was supposed to be talking.

I don’t understand

I don’t understand why they changed the narrators, I don’t mind Alexander Cendese but this book shouldn’t have been given to him, it took so much from this book.

Good Series

I’m enjoying the Hitched Series just wish the narrators of Vol 1 would have narrated this volume. You lose something in the plot without a female narrator.
