Great Work!

I learned a lot about myself. Great work! The examples were relevant and I enjoyed the information. about stress and panic medication.

This is pretty much the classic book on the trait of high sensitivity. A must-guide for HSPs or people who require to know them better.

This audiobook is one I will be supporting many people. Now I know what it's like for my husband of 25 years, and I think I'll be better at solving my requirements for him. Follow this audiobook! I couldn't stop listening to it

Provided me lots of insight into the way I am. Removed the weakness and shame emotions, brought lots of relief, taking, and patience. As much as I know about this area the author supported me to get home to myself and understand myself from a broadly different perspective than I ever have before. I will listen to this again and again.

Great depth and easy to understand

It’s a nice beginner audiobook. However, it’s NOT the only book I required. I also had to buy books on phases, planetary degrees, etc.. the title is misleading But I do highly prescribe this for beginners. Great depth and easy to understand.

Fabulous book. gives good insight on a mixture of topics. The book helps to present guidance and understanding if you are a thought and stressful person. This book helped me a lot. Super effective if the world feels way too hard. Thank you!
