He has Casimir (who is happy as long as Steve isn’t around), Julian (when he’s not naked), and Yorick (why is Yorick here?), who are determined to end this. But what we find is unlike anything we ever imagined.

Though it can’t possibly be worse than the delivery lady walking in on Julian naked again.

Ezio is ready to help me through it (the murder bit, not the Julian bit), if only I can leave my fears behind me long enough to accept the man I want more than anything.

I didn't expect the heartbreak this book would bring

This book was one I was really wanting to read. The character of Cyrus was a mystery in past books. He found his way out of the most precarious of situations with little to no help even though he's human, how? Listen to the book to find out. Ezio has a past that broke my heart. I don't think a Alice Winters book has ever made me fill so heartbroken over a character before and I didn't expect it with the character I've come to see as overly bubbly and cheerful. He is a character that does stupid things that people find funny just to put a smile on there faces while on the inside he is fighting this crazy past that has scared him. This story was slow burn at least for me but it made since why. The twist in this book was crazy and I honestly can say I didn't see any of them coming and didn't hate any of them. This story will break your heart just to put it back together again. This book was dark while keeping that Alice Winters charm everyone wants in there books.

Alice Winters does it again!

This is yet another series that keeps me laughing and staying up late to finish! Her characters are so delightfully flawed and lovable.

Laughs and tears

I will never understand how this author can make me laugh in one chapter and break my heart in the next. This is for sure one of my favorite books by them.

the story was great but the performers were not

I liked the story it was cute the comedy was amazing but sometimes it's difficult to separate there voices there so de same maybe next time but the book and story was great

SO UNEXCPECTED

This book is probably one of my new all time favorites. It has been a long time since a book has made my jaw drop from shock, cry, and laugh out loud but this book did all of it. The plot was AMAZING and I loved the flow is the story. Once again Alice winter has blessed our eyes and ears with another amazing book.

this book was fantastic! the mix of dark and humor and omg that ending twist.... I did not see that coming. I need more from this series. its absolutely worth the listen.
alice has done an amazing job. Micheal as usual is absolutely fantastic narrator.

A great addition to this series. The characters are interesting and the story was amazing. The narration was very well done.

Ezio & Cyrus

Cyrus finally lets Ezio closer. I loved the characters and their interactions with each other. There were some surprises along the way too.
