Annoying Narrator

The narrator takes you out of the story with her horrible overacting. The dialog between characters comes off as completely unrealistic, with words being overemphasized for no reason. No human being would ever speak this way. It sounds like a parody of a bad TV show rather than a compelling thriller story.

Another great one, the pacing, very suspenseful, totally believable characters, another strong woman character if I say more I’ll have spoilers!

The usual Perry.

Good old thriller that keeps you rolling along. Good girl alone vs bad guys this time. The narrator is very boring unfortunately but luckily the story overcomes that drawback. If you like Perry you’ll like this one.

Good story,pacing, buildup and character development, the narrator almost ruined it with her sing song delivery. She spoke as if it were iambic pentameter. But frequent breaks gave relief
