Healing From The Past

This was a new to me author that I really enjoyed listening to. This story was very emotional and deals with issues from the past that they help each other overcome. Great story with characters that fit together and let's you know everyone makes mistakes and that you can heal.

Sweet and fun, while addressing serious issues of today

Her Rock Star’s Dark Secret is a sweet a clean romance that touches on some serious issues for teens and young adults in a respectful way. It is no way a dark storyline, but is entertaining and has a nice pace. The characters are fun and interesting and are performed nicely by the narrator. I’m looking forward to Alexis’ story.

A New Path could mean a Happier Life

This story is engaging and the characters are very personable. Both these characters are broken but they connect on an emotional level that they didn't realize would happen. Lauren and Chase finally accept the love they have for each other, then begin to make things work, instead of just wishing they could work their lives out. This story made me realize that sometimes going one way is so hard to turn from and choose an unknown path, but probably a better and happier one.

Good voices

I’m used to listening to a male narrator, so this really was a bit different on that front. She did a good job of doing different character voices. There were a few reactions that his me differently when she portrayed them as they had hit me personally when I read the book some months ago. However, overall, it was pretty good.

Story:
I really enjoyed this celebrity, small town romance. I liked the characters and their time spent together. I really liked watching them make their decisions and see where things led. I can’t wait for the next book!

Sweet romance

The narrator did a great job. Didn’t really mind that there was only the female voice. I liked the redemption arc of this book.

A happy sweet romance. Made me feel warm and fuzzy

Cindy Ray Hale is a gifted writer. She is great at character development. You love and worry about the people she writes about. It feels like they live in your neighborhood. It is hard to put her books down. I always look forward to her next release.

Fairytale bon bon

Clean, modern fairytale-type romance that goes from hate to love rather quickly. The H seems to be a great guy who had worked to overcome his youthful mistakes. He still suffered from the rejection of his hardhearted parents because he chose a different career path--despite his becoming wildly successful. Unfortunately, I found the h quite unpleasant and unsympathetic and frankly didn't like her very much. She seemed angry at the past, angry at her ex-husband, angry at life in general. She was unwilling to see the H other than as he was in high school. I was amazed the H persevered. (I guess being beautiful does cover a host of sins.) The emotional and anger issues were resolved pretty fast for the main characters and also for the parents without a lot of communication, all things considered. The story is really more of a fairy tale and would be a great beach read/listen and the main characters all get their HEAs. The audiobook is well done with a good narrator. I received this audiobook from the author but my opinions are my own.

Sweet Romance Story !!!

I enjoyed listening to this Audiobook . I love that it's part of a series because I will be able to hear more about the characters lifes
and not just from one book . The main characters are Lauren and Chase . I love that they are down to earth kind of people even though Chase is a Rock Star and Lauren is a single mom , It is very entertaining and a clean romance . The women’s audio voice sounded great and she did really well with all the different characters and personalities ,
I am excited to hear the next story . This is one I will listen to again and again .

Sweet Story

This was such a sweet story. You'll love it from beginning to end. Lauren and Chase are great together. The chemistry is not forced but flows very naturally. Chase's instant bond with her daughter Penny just warms your heart as well. Great read!

Swoonworthy

I absolutely loved this book and narration! The book was fun and full of sweet moments! Lauren and Chase are so fun, love those characters. I love how they bring out the best in each other The!
