Best so far and I'm hooked

I had no plans to listen to this book, but finding nothing else of worth decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did because it is really good. Action, adventure, healing, and a lot of erotic moments. This second book gave all the things lacking in the first and now I'm hooked. I love that the world building story is evolving too and I can not wait for the third book!

Broken soul

I loved this series as well. Presley wrote about the journey of two broken souls and how adversaries and love repaired them. The adventures of Sadie and Jarod were essential for them to discovered their mating bond. They had to discover each other in light of danger and then heal each other before their mating bond was recognized. Very symbolic!

can't wait for the next book!!

this was another great book from this author. can't wait for the next one in the series. wish there were more men like this in the universe!!

Good Sequel

This was a long, slow burn; almost too slow, but all in all, a good book. Two people with difficult pasts come together in a dangerous situation and find love and healing.

Sadie and Jaro

Two troubled souls not wanting to trust strangers some how find friendship but then realize they are their fated mates. One wrong stepped sent Sadie down rapid waters and Jaro who is behind her immediately takes action. The duo separated from the group needs to get back with the rest of the group. On their way back things escalate between them and they find something to help the rest of the Voxeran and human women to escape that terrible planet. Story is so good. but I think the speed of the speech was to slow and made me want to stop this from time to time. But, I do love the story...

Good story, but... the author got lost a little.

This story was good, but I think the author got lost in the middle with a little too much sex. Don't get me wrong I like a good sex scene just as much as the next woman, but almost an hour of it is too much. I eventually had to skip over about 30 mins of the book just to move on with the story. I will buy the next book, but I hope it's not like this one.

Great series

Absolutely love this series! Can't wait to listen to more. On to the next book!

Not as good as the first

The character of Ssdie is so weak. There is no depth to her. I thought she at least had a real trauma but it turns out to be her anxiety is from lack of personality not from any real trauma. It's so bad that I had to fast forward most it, when I wasn't sleeping.

First one was better

Uggghhh! where do I start??? I absolutely hate that female narrator!! She is just HORRIBLE at male voices!! Her voice is soooo damn ANNOYING!!!

The female lead Sadie, is so WEAK, STUPID, and Indecisive!! The internal dialogue is so long! It goes on and on, " I've been hurt, can't trust, don't know if I should, but he's so hot, why do I want him so much!!! Ugh!! I had to fast forward through so much of THIS, and I NEVER do that!!
She's weak as hell and pretends to be tough because in her own words "the other girls are".

OMG, I CANT... If this last book isn't good I won't be getting the next set. Or any other book for her... Plus I will not get any book that is narrated by this woman!

what about the other half of the ship

Network okay but they never discuss what happened to the other half of the ship if they're survivors on this there may have been survivors on the other half but no one worries about them or even goes to look for them other than that it's a good book
