Calming affirmations
Positive affirmations are Set to flute music. The voices are gentle and clear, 1 male; 1 female. The affirmations focus on living with compassion and joy. Less than 1 hr long, I thought it was a tad expensive. But I will listen to this often. I have other audible books with positive affirmations that cost much less, but I’ve not listened to them more than once! This audiobook is very well done with beautiful music and good sound quality. It was great for winding down before sleep. (5 stars for “story” used to rate “content”)
