A Growly Sweet Romance!

I loved Heart Smart!!! This audiobook made me cry, laugh, and swoon! Emma Lee Jayne is a new-to-me author and I absolutely adore her writing. It’s witty, smart, and slow-burn steamy!

Connor Crais and Natalie Duke gave perfect performances as Max & Holly! I love how they tackled these complex characters! These two are always auto-click narrators for me. This collaboration was so seamless. They were perfectly paired for a delightful listen!!

Very similar to the age old romance. I really like it. Love the narrators, love the humor.

Sometimes a simple none complicated and engaging story is all you need. This hit all the butterfly check boxes for me. Narration was great as always! Natalie just makes the sass come across in the best of ways. Conner, well he is just an auto download for me!

a pure delight

Max and Holly are both highly skilled in their respective fields, and are each drawn to the other from their first meeting – while each is convinced the feelings could not be reciprocated. Heart Smart is a delightful romance / comedy / sexual romp. I read Heart Smart in ink print before listening to the audiobook; Natalie Duke and Connor Crais capture Holly and Max perfectly.

it was great but.......

I thought the story was great but certain parts didn't sound romantic, I hated how he kept saying my cock and dick which by the way he mentioned wayyyyyyy too many times. The overall story was pretty cute, not porny which is a quality I like. But the racy parts could've been handled a little better. I do recommend reading it.

Set at a prestigious Texas university, this novel's smart; loveable and quirky main characters are seemingly opposites who attract. Their story is witty, funny and sexy, if a bit predictable.

Love it!!

This book is smart, witty and overall a cute romantic comedy. It gives me an Erin Mallon/Kayley Loring vibe. The banter is hilarious between Holly and Max, both are soo different but complement each other. Emma is anew author for me but I hope we'll get more books from her. Natalie narration was spot on and she was perfect as Holly. Connor was superb as always plus who doesn't looove growly Connor!? 😉
