Fantastic!

This is my first smarty-pants romance, however I am a new Penny Reid loyal fan, and it’s hard to believe that this book wasn’t written by her. I’m grateful for not a lot of hot romance scenes, but continually impressed by the pearls of wisdom, wit, humor and common sense human nature we should all have, but unfortunately don’t. This is a wonderful spin off from the Winston Brothers Series and I am truly a patron not a writer. But I need to get a job in order to support my Penny Reid new habit :-) this book is a definite go if you like Penny and the Winston Brothers. My hat is off to this new author for me Daisy Prescott, job well done, and thank you. ❤️

Perfect

Just perfect. Nothing too over the top. Easy to listen to and stay captive without huge mood swings. I needed a nice smooth love story that lifted my spirit. A very happy trail to follow.

Chris Brinkley is a Gem

The story was great and both of the narrators did a wonderful job. I'd definitely recommend this book if you like interesting stories and HEAs.

Return to Green Valley

This was the 1st Smartypants Romance book I read so it will always have a special place in my heart. If you love the Winston Brothers series and want more, this is a great place to start. Happy Trail can also be enjoyed as a stand alone.

I only wish this was a longer. The epilogue is wonderful but the second half of the book seems rushed. I would love to see more of the MCs in future books. I hope SPR decides to expand the Park Ranger series.

Marnye Young and Chris Brinkley are both excellent narrators. Mr. Brinkley narrates the Winston Brother series so it was a good choice to have him continue with this series.

Loved it.

An uplifting happy story with old friends making appearances. A listen I didn’t want to turn off.

Sweetness

I love the whole Penny Reid universe and when other writers take part in it, I love it even more. Those little glimpses of those Winston Boys ♥️ The only thing that keeps me from ever really giving them the full five stars is my love of smut and these books just aren’t dirty. I embrace filth but I love these books. Chris Brinkley is vocal perfection for me, maybe because I am from Mississippi and he sounds like the men I know and love. This story was a great listen!

Fun!

I laughed so many times. I felt like this was a classic, light story was relatable. As a hiker and NPS enthusiast for my entire life, many of the little comments brought joy to my heart. Only draw back was the female performance of a southern male accent (shudder).

Sweet love story

I love these narrators and the story line kept me hooked. Great message to not settle and find your true self and love. The BOnUS is to have pieces from the Green Valley universe.
