This is book 36 in the excellent Haunted Liverpool series. The author researches and writes columns about the stories he has uncovered. His radio appearances also bring new stories that he collects and puts into these incredible volumes. These are real encounters shared with him by friends and family and shows that there is much more going on in Liverpool than just the Beatles nostalgia. While it is a great book to read, you should hear this on audio. Narrator Nigel Peever is outstanding, using character voices music and sound effects to bring the stories alive. They can't make these fast enough for me. Most of the series has audio and I hope they do versions for the earlier books that don't. Highly addictive and entertaining.

Couldn’t put it down

Love EVERYTHING about this book! The performance (narration) is as good as the stories. I wish I had an endless supply of the books in this series. I have every one that’s been released and have listened to each one at least a dozen times. The stories are all so fascinating! Please don’t stop producing these audiobooks. Please! I look forward to them so much and they never disappoint.

This whole series is great. I was so pleased to see a new volume came out. I loved it and couldn't put it down. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
