From USA Today best-selling author Jennifer Sucevic comes a sexy new stand-alone novel.

Brody McKinnon is Whitmore University's star defenseman destined for NHL greatness. He made a name for himself playing juniors before gracing us with his esteemed presence. As much as it pains me to admit it, he’s exploded at the college level. While other girls fall all over themselves trying to gain his attention, I do my best to steer clear just as I would a particularly nasty case of crabs. For reasons I can't fathom, Brody takes great pleasure in messing with me. And I, in return, enjoy slicing him to ribbons with my razor-sharp tongue. You'd think after three years, he'd learn to keep his distance.

No such luck.

Unfortunately for me, I’m about to experience the worst week of my life. It starts with my ex-boyfriend announcing at a party that I’m a lousy lay. He’s the hockey-playing jerk I dated last year who left a bad taste in my mouth (*eyeroll* seriously…get your mind out of the gutter).

Want to guess who rides in on his trusty white steed to rescue me?

Or should I say, opens his big mouth?

Yep, you guessed it.

Brody freaking McKinnon, the guy I love to hate. He only makes matters worse by telling everyone that we’re together and then punching Reed in the face. The first…I plan on strangling him for. The second…I’m only sorry I didn’t get to Reed first.

Now I’m stuck fake-dating Brody, the one guy who makes me feel like a rabid dog on a choke chain, for the foreseeable future. I guarantee we won’t last more than 72 hours without me killing him.

This is a mature new adult novel with strong language and sexual situations intended for listeners over the age of 18.

These two had great banter and chemistry, plus it’s all my favorite tropes - enemies to lovers, fake dating, hockey romance. The narrations was really good too! I’ll definitely be checking out more audios from this author

Cute and steamy

Typical story, but above par with the enemies to lovers trope for YA/New Adult genre...this was more YA for my liking. Anyway, the male narration was 4 stars and the female narration was sadly just pushing a 3 star. overall enjoyable.

I love this story. I’m a picky reader/ listener when it comes to college romance. I love both MCs. I enjoyed listening to their banter. It’s fun and kinda romantic. I always enjoyed Mr Gallagher narrator. Female was good too. This will definitely listen again. Highly recommend if you like college sports romance

Hate to Love You is a fun, fast college sports romance with great banter, steady tension, and a sweet emotional core. Brody completely stole the show for me — the dimples, the depth, the quiet crush he’s had on Natalie since freshman year. His dyslexia adds real weight to his character, and watching him open up was the highlight.
Natalie starts off stubborn and a little judgy, but seeing her realize Brody isn’t who she assumed made their dynamic so satisfying. The fake‑dating setup, the Facebook moments, the library scene, and that surprise birthday party all hit perfectly.
