Another amazing story

Willow knocked another one out of the park with this series; Seth and Laura are two amazing characters that I’ve fallen in love with. In addition to the story itself being so wonderfully written the Narrators for this story were the greatest that could’ve been picked. I’d listen to this over and over again.

Have to love this

Wow. Willow Winters knows how to hit you right where you know it will get your juices going. Book 1 in the series . Willow took a strong hero like Seth and made him blind to what really mattered to him, his love for Laura . Laura is the heroine . Laura world revolved around Seth until she wanted a better live not revolving around drugs , guns and taking over the city of Treeport. Seth wanted to rule everything. Until Seth let it get to much and Laura took one to many Blows and couldn’t take it anymore. Laura ran but with what.
Yes it’s a cliffhanger book 2 will take place in 8 yrs from the time

Joe Arden and Samantha Cook we’re perfect performing this story. Joe take on Seth was spot on. The tone for each reaction and take on the story was perfection. Samanthas telling the story the side of Laura and her friend was great. Love how she did the voices for both females

Hard To Love Series

Hard to Love #1 is told in dual pov and is not a standalone audio and should be listened to in order. There is a prequel to this audio that should be listened to first. Being I was unaware of that I missed the prequel and missed the history of the characters.
As I listened to this I felt like I was missing something as the beginning was a bit confusing as I was unaware of their pasts. This audio is a mixture of angst, betrayal, drama, lust, revenge and suspense. With bloodshed, broken hearts and plot twists, a explosive listen.

This does end in a cliffhanger and I hope I get a chance to listen to the other audio's in this series

Narators Joe Arden, Samantha Cook dual narration brought the characters and story to reality.

Intense!!

I loved the story, so many things happening all around, I think it was amazing, enjoyed it very much!!
Laura was very brave and Seth was just clueless.
Can’t wait to continue with their story!
In regards of the performers, I liked Samantha Cook, I wasn’t so sure about Joe in the beginning to be honest, I don’t think he gives Seth that power he needed for the intensity of the book.

NARRATORS MADE THIS GREAT!!!

I rarely buy Winter Willows any more; you need three credits to get an entire book. That is just plain greedy and the first story is usually what drags you in. Now this listen is a winner, these narrators/performers are at the top of their game. I may very well buy the next in the series, if I don't have to wait long. There isn't much I can say without spoiling the story. Even thinking of multiple books, I highly recommend this listen!

Hard to Put down

I loved this audible and the story which I had previously read. What really stood out was that Samantha Cook had to do dialogue between the main character and her best friend and she killed it. I could tell them apart and they fit each character so well. Joe Arden is fantastic as always. With Audible titles it is really important to me that the characters sound similar to how they would in my head especially if I have already read the book. I will be listening to this one again because Seth Joe Arden's character is bad in the best of ways. Recommend. Great length too. Not too long or short.

angsty and dark

omg I loved this story so much. The narrator's were amazing. The story was amazingly written. I can't wait for the next book in the series. Amazing job on the story line Willow.

Oh my Lawd!! Seth is killing me softly!

Joe and Samantha had me from the get go. They had me captured within the characters. They were magical together as Seth and Laura. I literally felt like I was right there in the book world. The chemistry they bring to the characters was amazing!

Laura and Seth have history and it is not all that pretty. There is so much that has cut their past, it does not look like there is a way into a HEA. Really at the end of the story, I thought we were through. But Winters adds her touch to bring life in the dark. I cried and could not stop listening to this book. I have read the kindle copy, but Audio is so much better! For any new or old W. Winter fans, this book is amazing! You have to listen to this audio ASAP!!

Absolutely amazing!

The book is absolutely incredible but Joe Arden as Seth is amazing!! I don’t usually enjoy audio books but this one is one I could listen to again and again!! Highly recommended!!
