Another heart stopping adventure

Reznick against all odds including spineless politicians and intelligence agencies retaliates for his brothers in arms. Great story.

Excess Profanity but good story

i really like the storyline, and definitely the characters. but it feels like with each book, there's more and more cussing... which i don't need, in fact sometimes it's distracting. I'm almost ready to stop the series and move on. wish i could get an edited version. then it would be awesome.

A change of pace for Reznick

I liked the setup for this book. Something of a departure from the scenarios used for the plots earlier in the series, it played more strongly to the character's abilities and talents. The change of pace made the read refreshing and fun.

Four years later, I've just listened to this book again.
I listened to this book in 2019 and decided to do it again when I found new books about Jon Reznick that I haven't read.

When Jon gets a call from an old friend from Delta he doesn't know what to think at first. Tiny is dying in a car accident. He tells Jon "They got me." "Be careful man. They are going to kill us all..." Jon goes to the funeral and finds out Tiny was supposed to have been really drunk and caused the accident. But Tiny never drank alcohol.

I think I like these books even more this time. I was able to both listen to the book on Audible and read parts in Kindle.
