Inspiring, funny and well researched

I was not sure what to expect... and loved it! It is a thoroughly researched essay about the impact of humor on people and in business environments. How to diffuse tension, build rapport, raise confidence and inspire others. It applies to the personal and business environment, and made me laugh quite a few times. Highly recommended if you want tips to make your professional life a little bit lighter, and increase impact.
