A survivor of child abuse, at 20 months old, baby Linda knew her life was in danger. Unloved, abused, and out of options, she ran away from home. Two policemen found her miles from home, barefoot and in diapers, running down the median of a busy California expressway. When the police brought her back home and were assured she was safe, her mother beat her unconscious. Waking up unable to walk, she found herself right back in the hell she tried to escape.

Completely out of options, she cried out loud for help. To her surprise, her spirit guide angels appeared all around her! She felt loved and safe for the first time in her life.

Their prophecy: "Life will get better for you as you get older, if you can make it through childhood."

Her challenging childhood would become the foundation fulfilling the rest of their prophecy - "Life will get better for you as you get older." All possible from a higher way of learning influenced by her spirit guides and angels.

Very interesting book, I really enjoyed hearing about her life and how angels or spirit guides helped her through. It has definitely made me wonder how can I get in touch with my own.

Out of this World!!

What did you love best about Guided?

Guided was an incredible story, that entertained me, enlightened me, and shook my foundation at the same time. Until reading this book, I had never even heard of Spirit Guides. I have always thought they were called Angels and were mythical spirits far from being present in our every day life.

What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?

With truth like this, who needs fiction. Linda's story was truly amazing and has all the elements of a Hollywood screen play. I experienced the full range of emotion while hearing the story of her life. From Rage to gratitude, from sorrow to jubilation. It was all there. Most compelling, however, was the invitation to meet my own guides. I have asked to meet them, and am on a quest to do so.

What does Linda Deir and Ray Holley bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Relatability, grounding, hope, and an established path are a few of the traits Linda and Ray brought to this story. I believe they both had to go through the great challenges of their independent lives to be able to share a great life now and lead the rest of us through the footprints of experience.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Many parts of this book moved me. I was envious of the life long relationship Linda had with her guides. While I feel like I lost out on 56 years, I hope to make up for it in the second half of my life.
