This novella is really focused on Liam and figuring out what it means for him to be a guardian. This book broke me just a bit. It had some beautiful and heartbreaking moments. Liam is going to break me at the end of this series, calling it now.

The graphic audiobook was another amazing listen, I definitely recommend.

I loved this short story!! There were so many amazing things that happened in this book. I love Liam and Rylee!! I'm exited to continue the series, however, I don't know when or how but there will be tough losses (there already have been in the series) and I'm not looking forward to that part. I'm so glad I am listening to this series!! The graphic audio narrators are just phenomenal!!

This was nice!

This was nice! A nice piece of love and romance with some blood shed and action. And some sad parts. Perfect!!

Bland all around

With fewer of the regulars, and no new characters with any vibrancy, this was a ho-hum interlude. It was aggravating how all the folks in peril were doormats. The only thing more aggravating was the sound effects; the hyperbolic crying and nonstop plucking of musical notes grated.
