Reid is a great storyteller and businessperson and it comes through so clearly in Grit it Done. I’ve done a self-funded search acquisition and run a business for years but was still taking lots of notes from the great insights he shares here. Highly recommend!

Complete guide to acquiring a business

This is an amazing book that’ll give you the step-by-step roadmap to acquiring a cash flowing business, scaling it, and selling it for many multiples. Reid does a great job breaking down each step and clearly explaining how to grit it done. This is by far one of my favorite entrepreneurial books it will be listened to an audible many times over.

Learned a lot in this book!

I am usually not prone to listen to books like this however Reid made it an easy and enjoyable listen and I learned a lot. Since I listened to this book I’ve transacted with 2 different companies and both went super smooth. This book is a must listen for anyone in the work space

A hidden Gem!

This book has been amazing! It’s a great guide to beginning your journey as a small business or franchise owner. There are plenty of hidden gems and it’s well worth the read. It is a well rounded guide to becoming an EBO giving lots of sound business advice but also sprinkling in some great life advice.

Excellent, unfiltered, real!

Reid’s straightforward and unfiltered explanation of the process was great. I just finished his ETA class and all I can say is he is the real deal!

Excellence and Empathy

I appreciated reading how Reid displays excellence in how he sources and operates his companies, then was pleasantly surprised by how he’s also an empathetic passionate leader with the people in his companies.
