A lovely addition to my morning routine!

I am a really big fan of listening to affirmations in the morning to start my day off on the right foot. This book impressed me with its content and left me feeling inspired to really seize the day! I would definitely recommend giving this book a try.

The very calm and peaceful sound of the narrator's voice gives this very well-produced audiobook an extraordinary calm feel. The affirmations are positive and powerful. Great addition to morning routine

Started listening to this for a few minutes at a time in the morning and saw my days transform! I love that each chapter has its own goal or theme, I can choose what intention I want to set for the day and listen to that chapter. The narrator keeps me present in the moment, very cool accent that I can't place, it's perfect for a book like this.
