Determined to stop his attraction to Jolie, Ted firmly places her in the friend zone and is oblivious to all the signals she throws his way.

As Ted keeps Jolie at arm’s length in his search for mermaids, he might soon discover that the very thing he is looking for has been right in front of him all along.

This series is outstanding!

So far I have absolutely adored everything I have read by Tricia O’Malley. I care about the well-being of the characters and worlds she has created. This is the sign of the best stories: those that evoke real emotions and investment in the narrative. While no time is spent in shocking the audience with graphic content, there are meaningful, suspenseful moments that have you rooting for the heroes-the Good People of Siren Island/City and those they bring into the circle. I appreciate her craft!

Charming & funny

Tricia yet again has written a beautiful book, with fun characters, strong women, loyalty and friendship of course my favorite part, fantasy taking you to Beautiful places with romance thrown in. I look forward to book 5.

Tricia Continues to Know my Heart

I have always wanted to backpack around Ireland. Tricia’s Mystic Cove series reinforced that. I have also wanted forever to be a mermaid. Even though a long way from the ocean right now I frequently reflect back 30 years ago when I spent a lot of time in the Carribean. This series Tricia has been doing on mermaids and the Caribbean has wanted me to pack up my things and head back there. So vivid is the writing I can see myself in the caves with the characters and watching the drawings appear to come to life.

So much of what Tricia writes speaks to my heart and to the life experiences I have had. This was a hard book for me. When Jolee felt like she was being rejected I cried out in pain as it felt like so many times when I have been rejected. Tricia’s books will be ones I keep forever.

I so love the joy, adventure and generosity of these characters! I always connect with the love of the sea and wanted to be a mermaid! Living vicariously!
