Resumen del Editor

Rhea is leaving Earth and nothing will stop her, not her controlling governor father, her asshole ex-fiance, or the Department of Population who want to impregnate her, which is why she contacts the one organization out of their reach - Celestial Mates.

A questionnaire and blood sample later, and Rhea is matched to a hunky, deliciously tempting, and alluring alien. Erudan - once known as Teon, brother to the High Warlord of Vialea - did not register with Celestial Mates. Or rather, he'd never submitted his application; yet, a curvaceous, dark-haired, green-eyed human stands before him and demands they mate. Immediately. He lost his honor long ago and doesn't deserve a female like the seductive Rhea, but that does not stop the wanting.

Unfortunately, others from Earth want her returned, and Erudan is happy to show them the error of their ways. No one challenges a Vian warrior...and lives.

Contains mature themes.

Great follow-up!

I think I enjoyed the second story better than the first. Don't get me wrong, I liked the first story. It introduced us to the world of Vialea and the Celestial Mates service, but I liked how the relationship between Erudan and Rhea developed at a slower pace allowing them to get to know each other a bit. Plus, I'm a sucker for stories about males with tortured souls who find love and peace. I enjoyed this and hope the author has plans to write another book.

Another good short story in Vialea series

Rhea signed up for Celestial Mates because of her controlling b@stard of a father. When she gets to the planet, her mate is nowhere to be found and the shuttle takes off. Then her luggage is stolen and she chases the thief. When she is cornered, Erudan comes to her rescue but he does not know she is his mate because he never completed the mate application. After what he did in book 1, he feels he is without honor and not deserving of a mate. Once he finds out she is his mate, he wants no part of it. Things get interesting with him trying to resist her especially since she is determined to be mated so she does not have to return to Earth. Unfortunately, her father and ex-fiance show up and want to take her back to earth. Erudan steps in.

This book was really good. Justine O. Keef did a good Job with the narration.

Fun Insta-Mate

I really enjoyed the character development, and it was fun to have a woman who really needed an alien mate. She convinces the guy it's real and needs to happen, rather than the other way around. Normally, the woman is against it. Both the characters drew me in, and I loved Kor, the best friend of our hero. He made me smile.

My only complaint is the narrator. Her voice was pretty flat throughout the book, and I just didn't get much emotion.

Not bad

This was a nice light read but sometimes you just want to bang your head. Could two people work any harder at miscommunication? It did have the HEA which is what I like but there were a few times I just wanted to scream.
