Very addicting story line!

This is a great series! Its the type of story that reminds you of what your life at 16 was like, if you lived in a Vampire town. I think the narrator did a great job! The voices were believable, and fit the characters well! I will reccomend this to all of my friends!

Good start, unique perspective

Another typical vampire book or story. Not all that different from others out there, except in this case the main characters are not vampires, but humans, learning to live in a town over run with vampires and stay alive. that is where it is unique to what I am use to reading, most are vampires trying to live in a human world. Well in Morganville, its the humans trying to live in a vampire world, that most humans don't know about. This book doesn't explain why Morganville is this way, I suspect that will come in future books, and I look to forward to exploring this town and this world.

I will say parts of the book dragged, but bear through those, they aren't long and overall it has a good plot premise and story line that should develop quite interestingly.

The character of the book.

What does Cynthia Holloway bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The tones changing and the thrill in her voive.

So intrigued I can't wait to start book 2

Let me begin by saying... I have reading comprehension problems due to medical issues and I find listening to this book was so much easier to follow then reading any book that I have read in years!

The story was well written and well read. I love the mix of characters and their interactions with each other, whether it be for good or "evil".

I cannot wait to start book 2 and find out what happens to Claire, Eve and Shane. Not to mention to find out if Micheal is still "with" them... What shady doings will the vampires cause next?????

Awesome storyline! Pretty unique.

Pretty awesome storyline. The characters are good and I love an author who can keep you attention yet still suprise you.

Not your typical vampire story

I really enjoyed this book. It was definitely character driven. I enjoyed all of the characters. The pace was wonderful. My interest was kept and the build-up was A+. I can't wait to get to the next book since Rachel left me hanging.

I have read a lot of the different vampire books ie: series....this ranks right up there with the best!

Claire of course....she's the main one...although, Mernon is quite the character

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

If I could, I would....I only listen in my car, so I take a lot of unnecessary road trips!! Starbucks and Walmart are always there for me...LOL

Overly dramatic narration

I love these books but the overly dramatic narration gets annoying, especially after listening to more than one book

Very good series

I enjoyed all 10 books in the series. It's an interesting romance/action story line with alot of personalities and locations. The plot changes enough to keep listeners attention throughout.
