Just ok
The story plot is fair..it is a light mystery story with a few twists. The dialogue is elementary. The narration is read in a very stilted manner. The narrator does try to vary the voices as she reads but her inflection is not good .

Good mystery story
I listened to the audiobook version and really disliked the narrator. The story was a good mystery with several plots all going at the same time. The reader gets all the plots tied up by the end of the story. Likable characters and decent writing style. It would have been more enjoyable with a different narrator.

She wanted art lessons, but not the one she got.
Winning lessons at a prestigious art school seems like a dream come true for Annie. But then she realizes that the copies of old master works she was instructed to make are being sold as
valuable originals. Her instructor is making a lot of money from it and when police are called to investigate a murder at the art gallery, she looks like an art forger.
This was a pleasant, though predictable mystery. No racy stuff or bad language. The narration was good, too. This is the first book I've read by this author and I enjoyed it enough to look for more from her.
