A Book For Affirmations
This is a great audiobook! I would strongly recommend repeating the affirmations out loud, as the book recommends you to. The affirmations in this book are great for gaining self worth and moving on from past hurts. I liked that the affirmations in this audiobook were well written and unique. I’ve noticed that books containing affirmations can all be quite similar, so this book was definitely a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed all this book had to offer.
