this book was so short, I paid for a book that wasnt even 39min long. there were some good points, but i think it could have been expanded more.

This book is very relevant for for the subject matter. I feel that following the process will help anyone deal with being cheated on.

Very brief and Only for Couples

I enjoyed the audiobook but it is very short and meant for a couple, not someone who left the relationship after an affair or someone trying to cope with emotions after an affair. It should specifically be mentioned for couples.

I really enjoyed and related to this short tutorial. it was clear concise and to the point. easy to understand and it really touched home.

Don’t discount it just because it’s only 29 minutes long. I listened to this with my girlfriend after she cheated and it helped her understand my pain much better, and gave us a roadmap. She also decided to go to counseling to improve her communication. this book won’t fix the life for you- but it will give you a pretty dang good roadmap of how to do it.

very brief, and doesn't go into problems that occur when your partner continues such as what to do if your partner chooses not to respect boundaries. overall positive and gives validation to your feelings, and focuses on a hopeful outcome.
