Great narration

I really enjoyed the narration. The story was interesting and a nice escape. I would give it 5 stars, but it needed some more editing. There are several awkward phases and incorrect common sayings. Hearing those errors took me out of the story. Otherwise an enjoyable listen.

June n Johnny!

I really enjoyed Johnny. In his police uniform almost all the time..so yummy! He is a nice good looking guy who has a bit of a struggled past. I think I like him because the uniform speaks to his alpha-ness not his macho attitude. I loved seeing his family in all their small capacity. They scream Alpha while Johnnys is not subtle. June is the town pariah. Stared at and made fun of wherever she goes in public. Her intro to Johnny was classic! She has a soft heart behind all her tough exterior.
The little tidbits in front of each chapter were very cute..they always are but these were mostly police related.

Another 5 Stars!

I love Lani Lynn Vale’s books. At least 99.9% of them.

One thing is a given - I’ll never get tired of a story where one or more of the Mackenzies appear.

I am going to have to make a family tree because I forget which kid belongs to whom.

All the kids’ kids are getting their stories told, and it is awesome to see such dear characters make a cameo in their stories.

The narrators are great. I love Joe Arden’s style, so this was another very enjoyable listen.

Good story with good narrators.

Recommended audiobook.

Johnny and June

I enjoyed this story a lot more than the two previous ones in the series.

Omg! I Love June And Johnny together, they fall fast for one another, but June is the most fiercest girlfriend ever. She has her moments because of her past but she didn't let it deterred her from living, loving Johnny who has Silas's blood running through his veins. This was a great audio and the narrators did absolutely great.

Johnny and June are spectacular together, they may have a bumpy and a little bit of a rocky road but it was fantastic to see them maneuver through it all. Two broken people finding one another and putting the broken pieces back together. I loved this story. Joe Arden and Virginia Rose did an outstanding job narrating this story.

Awesome

Was great story. once all Mani Lynn Vale books. But don't understand why some have Whispersync and some don't. Its frustrating.

Fun listen

With chapter headings like, "I want to practice making babies with you: things not to say to an officer" and "We all know at least one person who can't speak a full sentence without swearing at least once", Get You Some is a doozy.
When Johnny Mitchell Mackenzie meets June Carter Common, well let's just say sparks don't exactly fly between them, though a few choice words are mumbled as June gets not 1 but 3 tickets from Officer Douche aka Johnny.
Johnny & June are opposites. He's ex-military and straight-laced. June is looked down upon by default as her parents are the town pariah. Johnny however can't get his mouthy "criminal" off his mind and begins pursuing her.
There is a lot packed into this story: action, drama, suspense, crazy exes, laughs, and yes, the all-important HEA. This is only my 2nd by LLV but she's definitely making her way up my list of go-to authors.
I love it when Joe Arden and Virginia Rose are paired together. Though dual narration they have great chemistry and their comedic timing is awesome.

Yup! A winner!

This book was just as awesome as the other books. I need to find more!
