i genenerally love this author
this book just did not draw me into it. it took a long time to truly get into the characters and i just finished the book and cannot remember anything about it except that i am glad it was finally finished. since i truly enjoy her books, i am continuing to the next book hoping this was just a fluke. the ending was more like what i expect from Jen and was nice. but overall this one isn't for me.

short but sweet
A great little background story of one of the characters in the series. they have great personalities and for being intelligent they're both incredibly dense.

I usually enjoy this author's stories.
This was not her best work and the narration lacked, making it difficult to enjoy.

Funny and Fresh
This story touches my heart. The plot is so like how my husband and I grew up, had misunderstandings and then years later came together again just to find out we cared for each other with more than friendship on our minds ( unbeknownst to either one of us). ;) Loved the humor mixed within the story. It makes for such an enjoyable read. Thankyou for this story Miss Jen! It was beautiful.😊

Wrong Narrator for story
I listened to the first 3 books in this series narrated by Justine Eyre. She is the best and captured the comedy lines, characters and especially the children. This was grueling. I only listened to it because I wanted to complete this series.
