Refreshing, witty, and humorous

This book is quite refreshing to listen to. I have listen to books about motivation quotes and stuff but this is definitely a genre of its own. After listening to this book, I feel like I want to quote some of these wise words when opportunities arise.

This was very informative and educational and I was able to get a perspective of what the LGBT family view themselves and how they expect to be treated by others and the quotes from prominent individuals were very insightful.

The World Needs More Books Like This!

This book is amazing! We need to go beyond what is on the surface and get to know each other as one human being and another. This book is so beautifully written, those quotes are empowering and funny at the same time. It is so nice to see love and acceptance being promoted here. Get this book, everyone should read it!

Informative!

I enjoyed this Audiobook. All quotes are excellent. You will learn a lot, especially from those who don’t know about the LGBT community like me. Respect to all LGBT. The Narrator is perfect. I recommend this Audiobook.

Wow!

First off, this book is hilarious. It made me grab a cup of warm tea, sit down, and just enjoy it. It's inspirational and heartfelt in a way that is seldom seen nowadays. And, it spreads love in such an unassuming way that I am not sure what else I can say about it.

Pick this book up if you're looking for a read unlike most out there. You won't regret it and you'll get a lot of laughs, wisdom, and understanding for your fellow man. (Or maybe, just maybe, feel like you're a part of a larger community. ;) )

Great listen for LGBTQ perspectives/insight!

Gay Wit and Wisdom is a great quick listen that sparks conversation! It also provides perspective from those in the community as well as allies to the community. Listen to it while on a walk or in the car with friends or family to engage in a discussion about what we can do to elevate this community. Some quotes were more thought-provoking while other quote were intended to be humorous. I loved the inclusion of the wine quote from Schitt's Creek 😆 - one of my favorites from the show!
