Engaging

This is a wonderful story. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every minute of it. I highly recommend this story to anyone who likes a little action but not too much.

Good story, deadpan narration!

This is a short listen but good enough to make me want to hear about the rest of the family and their abilities. Feel for Gabe right from the start and found him to be very upstanding! He can hear the thoughts of people around him and his family members each have some unique power. He falls for a newcomer who is on the run from her abusive husband who wants her dead. It turns out the low-life husband had killed her parents and planned to do the same to her all for money. Gabe and his family step in to help her and things turn out fine. It's a short listen, but it was enough to make me want to hear the other books dealing with other family members. The narration was deadpan at best, although she read well, there was just no emotion in the reading. The only way I knew she was reading a male as apposed to a female was because she used the name of the person speaking. There was just NO variation at all!

In this one we get to see the whole family working together to save Lucy from her nightmare husband. I loved how Gabe was so patient and didn't let on that he knew what she was thinking at first.

Gabe has a unique family, as for him and hearing the thoughts of others When a new person comes to Love Island, Lucy and he knows what she is thinking, Will trust come for her, if boyfriend finds her. Good series. Given audio for my voluntary review

Entertaining series

Lucy is running for her life literally. Gabe is the hero in this book. The story is very well written with strong characters . I do like that the stories are short so I can get through them quick. I still have a hard time with the narrator. The narrator is just to rushed and not enough difference between characters. Love the series not this narration.
