Must read for golfers
If you are a golfer, you must discover Parent. His work is a profound combination of Buddhist perspectives and cognitive therapy. This stuff is head and shoulders above the rest of the golf psychology material on the market (I'm a Psychologist). Play this book while you drive. You can listen in short visits-over and over again. (BTW: I do not know Parent or have any biz interest in his products).

100 good tips
This is a great book and I listen to it on repeat during golf season. He goes through 100 numbered tips (with explanations and full gamelans).
Golf is played between the ears. This book adds necessary tools.

Would you listen to GOLF: The Art of the Mental Game again? Why?
yep it was good
What did you like best about this story?
it had some good insight into helping my mental game
Did Dr. Joseph Parent do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
only negative thing which put me off was his voice sends me to sleep. I could only listen 30 mins at a time otherwise i would dose off.
